What is RSI?

RSI has been known for hundreds of years, but previously it was mostly associated with repetitive factory work. Over the last few years it has become accepted that a big proportion of office workers and people using mice, keyboards, key pads and game controllers for more than a couple of hours a day are getting the disease.
