In the Desk Doctor Health Monitor, your Health Score is displayed. Typing and using the mouse decreases your Health Score, taking short breaks and doing Desk Doctor exercises increases it.
Having your Health Score displayed gives you much more flexibility in choosing when to do something to increase it - like bringing up the Desk Doctor Exercise Player and doing the next exercise in your program.
There are no fixed times when you need to do an exercise, you can take a slightly longer break and do several in succession to top up your score when convenient. This way the Heath Score lets you fit your RSI prevention and rehabilitation management more flexibly into you workflow and minimizes any intrusion. By keeping your average Health Score close to 100 you help maintain your musculoskeletal health.
